OMD Cleo Documentation
Last updated: April 2026
OMD Cleo is the AI operating system that lets enterprises adopt AI-driven workflows without having to build, host, or operate AI infrastructure themselves. It connects your workforce to the OMD product suite — OMD Go, OMD Powerhouse, OMD Document Hub — through intelligent, conversational workflows delivered on the communication channels your teams already use.
Overview
The Overview section explains what OMD Cleo is, how it is deployed, and the core concepts that underpin the platform. Start here if you are new to Cleo.
Communication Channels
Channels describes every channel through which Cleo can reach your users — Matrix, Microsoft Teams, Email, and WhatsApp. Each channel has its own page with setup requirements and supported features.
Workflows
Workflows are the pre-built, automatable processes that combine an LLM, OMD data, and a delivery channel to bring useful information directly to your workforce. This section documents every available workflow and its parameters.
Agent Capabilities
Agent Capabilities covers the tools the AI assistant can use on your behalf: querying OMD Go data, retrieving BI dashboards from OMD Powerhouse, searching documents in the Document Hub, managing long-term memory, and executing code in a managed sandbox.
MCP Servers
The MCP Servers section provides a technical reference for the Model Context Protocol servers that expose OMD's back-end capabilities to AI agents. Intended for developers and integration engineers.
Privacy & Data
The Privacy & Data section describes where your data is stored and what information may be sent to LLM providers.
